MPX Bioceutical Corporation’s mission is to become a leading commercial producer of medical marijuana and pharma-grade products in North America. We are committed to providing patients with consistent high quality, efficacious cannabis and other natural products while providing shareholders with an attractive rate of return on investment.
In addition to its well established Melting Point Extracts (MPX) brand, the company’s foundation is built on its profitable operations in Arizona, where it has three fully operational Health for Life (‘H4L’) and The Holistic Center (acquired |March 5, 2018), MPX has a total of four dispensaries in Arizona. In Nevada, MPX is operating GreenMart, a fully licensed cultivation, production and wholesale cannabis business. In Massachusetts, the construction of the first of three dispensaries is underway as is construction of a cultivation and processing facility in Falls Rivers. MPX is also managing three dispensaries and one production facility in Maryland (which are not yet operational) and has options to acquire each facility.
MPX Bioceutical has also applied for a license in Canada, with plans to operate a 74,343 square foot cultivation and production facility in Owen Sound, Ontario.

Chief Executive Officer Scott is a seasoned senior executive with diversified and cross-functional experience, combining MBA credentials with a strong career background in revenue development and general management.
DAVID MCLAREN
Chief Financial Officer
David has over 25 years years of senior financial experience, with the past ten spent at the CFO level. He has held positions at Ontario Drive & Gear Limited, Belmont Meats Limited, Redpath Sugar and Nealanders Limited. He holds a Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a CPA.
BETH STAVOLA
Chief Operating Officer
Beth Stavola is also the Founder and CEO of Stavola Medical Marijuana Holdings, Health for Life Inc, GreenMart of Nevada, and CBD For Life, thriving cannabis businesses that process, grow and dispense throughout locations in both Arizona and Nevada. Before entering the cannabis space, Beth was Senior Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales at Jefferies New York.

Mr. Krytiuk is currently involved with two growing facilities that operate under MMAR in Ontario. Mark has extensive knowledge of modern production techniques which will allow our company to achieve efficient, low cost production.

Michael Arnkvarn has an extensive management background in the operation of small to medium businesses since his graduation from McGill University in 1977 with a BSc in Agricultural Sciences.
JEREMY S. BUDD
General Counsel
Jeremy S. Budd, lawyer and founder of Budd Law, has been practising corporate and securities law in Toronto, Ontario since 2007. Mr. Budd represents issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of capital market transactions. Mr. Budd obtained his J.D./M.B.A. from Osgoode Hall, Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario.

Jonathan Chu has a strong track record in financial management having held various senior financial accounting positions. Jonathan holds a CPA, CA and a B.Comm from McGill University.

RANDY STAFFORD
Randy has extensive experience in finance & operations, centered in the Financial services, real estate and nutraceutical sectors. He has previously served as the CFO of the MPX Bioceutical Corporation and has experienced first handed the evolution of the company. He is presently self-employed and is a CPA, CMA along with a MBA from the University of Toronto.

ANDREW R. RYAN
Andrew Ryan has been General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee at Holtec International since 2014.
Andrew is responsible for all legal matters affecting Holtec and its subsidiaries as well as insurance and risk management oversight, regulatory compliance, human resources and corporate administration. Prior to joining the executive team of Holtec, Mr. Ryan was an attorney with Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC.
SENATOR RICHARD S. “TICK” SEGERBLOM
Senator Tick Segerblom, State Senator of the Nevada State Senate since November 2012, is widely recognized as a leading legislator in Nevada, and the United States, in the medical and recreational marijuana fields.
Senator Segerblom, age 69, authored Nevada’s 2013 Medical Marijuana law and was Co-Chair of the successful 2016 ballot initiative campaign which approved recreational marijuana in the state.
ROBERT R. GALVIN
Robert Galvin has been CFO and Senior VP of Finance and Administration at Holtec International, an energy technology company, since 2016.
Prior to joining Holtec, Robert served as CFO of several companies, including NuCO2, a NASDAQ company providing bulk CO2 equipment and services. Mr. Galvin is experienced with mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and SEC compliance. He is a CPA, a Director and Audit Chair for OneSource Water, and a Director and former Stewardship Chair for the New Jersey Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
DR. MILES D. THOMPSON
Dr. Thompson, Ph.D., Project Scientist at Department of Pediatrics, University of San Diego, California since 2016, will advise and assist with the development of cannabinoid-based nutraceutical products. Dr. Thompson served as a Clinical Research Associate at North York General Hospital in Toronto and initiated the study of cannabinoids in epilepsy at the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Toronto. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of clinical trials administered by Health Canada.
ROBERT PETCH
Mr. Petch has 30 + years of senior management, strategic planning and financial analysis experience, including both buy-side and sell-side capital markets experience.
Mr. Petch spend 15 years at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson advising companies on strategy and fundraising including leading a number of successful IPOs, acquisitions and disposals.
Mr. Petch is a Chartered Accountant, and has an honours degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
